North Strand American Legion Post 186

The Honor Guard is available, upon the request of the next of kin,
to provide a ceremony for a deceased Veteran.
The ceremony could be at a funeral home, cemetery, or both.
It could include a nonsectarian service,
presentation of the American Flag to the next of kin, taps
and a rifle salute if the ceremony is at the cemetery.

The Color Guard is also involved in services on Memorial Day, Flag Day, and Veterans Day.
And we also present and post the Colors at official functions
such as a military reunion.
